The problem

Mines generate data. Nature still sets the pace.

Brine ponds wait on sun and wind. Leach pads lose heat overnight. Operational data sits in separate systems, so decisions arrive after the fact.

N2E NexMining Platform

From the pond floor to the control room.

A connected operating loop: production hardware on the pond floor, field sensing, AI analysis and a digital view for better decisions. The platform grows from today's SMP field work toward integrated mine operations. Field data is stored encrypted and kept traceable, ready for ESG reporting and supply-chain requirements.

Every panel becomes a data point. Every pond becomes predictable.
The platform in practice

Four connected ways to make mines more productive.

From physical production to field data, prediction and operational decisions, each part builds on the one before it.

01 / PRODUCE · SMP

More lithium from the same sun.

Single-layer Solar Max Panels turn the pond floor into a source of solar heat. They work with existing liners to help brine concentrate faster without chemical additives. On copper heap-leach sites, the same panels warm leach solution with sunlight instead of fuel; a field trial in Chile measured about 6 °C higher solution temperature.

  • Installs directly over existing pond liners
  • Rated for 10 t per wheel; accelerated-aging tested for 5+ years of service
  • Lithium brine: field-validated · Copper leach: pilot underway
Field-validated hardware
02 / CONNECT · IOT SENSING

Make the field measurable.

Solar-powered stations run unattended around the clock, measuring brine ion concentration, pH and weather. Long-range LoRa radio carries the data from ponds with no cellular coverage, and ultrasonic self-cleaning keeps sensors reliable between visits. Measurement and cleaning cycles are set remotely from a web dashboard.

Field integration
03 / ANALYZE · AI MODELS

Turn data into foresight.

AI models combine site observations with operating and weather context to identify patterns, flag anomalies and forecast production changes. The aim is to support earlier, better-informed decisions.

Development & pilot
04 / OPERATE · DIGITAL TWIN

See the mine as one system.

A digital operating view brings pond, process and sensor information together. It is designed to help teams compare conditions across a site, spot emerging issues and coordinate a response from one place.

Roadmap

Where NexMining is going.

We grow in stages: prove productivity in the field, connect it to data, then move toward integrated, increasingly autonomous operations.
